What makes Mark’s Help unique is how Mark patiently helps. Mark, a Richmond native, serves about 150 clients in the wider Richmond area, and has been in business since 2016. Many of these are seniors (up to age 100). To help clients with dangerous scams, he offers free emergency service over the phone.
Mark has worked with computers over the last 40 years. He has developed problem solving ability from engineering, piloting, ministry, and teaching overseas. His communication skills have been enhanced through 15 years of living and teaching in Seoul, South Korea.
Mark conducts workshops at senior living communities and teaches classes in iPhone and iPad at the Lifelong Learning Institute in Chesterfield.
